We will be upgrading our Online Banking/Mobile system on October 23, 2017. Below we have provided some documents that will help you along the way.

Please note the following dates:

All Online Banking Users:

  • Beginning Thursday October 19th all customer access will be set to “VIEW ONLY”. This means that you will no longer be able to add or edit any loan payments or transfers.

Mobile App Users:

  • You will need to delete your app after October 20th and go to the App Store beginning October 23rd to download our new app. Just search “VSB Mobile” and look for our logo.

Bill Pay Users:

  • Access to Bill Pay will be removed 10/19/2017

  • Please make sure you have prepared a list of all your payees and account numbers to ease your transition as these will need to be entered into the new system.

How to login to the new system for the first time:

  • You must use a browser based device for your initial login.

  • You will use your current Username to login.

  • You will use a temporary password to login which is the last 6 digits of your SSN. You will be prompted to change your password during your initial login.

    • If you current password meets the following criteria you will be able to enter it on the change password screen.

      • Must contain 3 of 4 criteria below and must be between 8-15 characters.

        1. Capital Letter

        2. Lower Case Letter

        3. Number

        4. Special Character

Mint users will not receive up dates the week of 10/23/2017 to 10/27/2017. After that time you will need to update your info within Mint to start getting your transaction history.
